1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrueConvert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TrueConvert provides a web-based service for converting HEIC image files to JPG format while preserving EXIF metadata and GPS information. The service includes optional watermarking for insurance claim documentation.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TrueConvert only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload files that violate intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious files or malware
• Attempt to breach security or overwhelm our systems
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Share your account with others

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your files solely to provide the conversion service.

6. Service Limitations

Free Plan: Limited to 5 conversions per day, maximum 20MB file size

Premium Plans: Higher conversion limits and larger file sizes (details provided at subscription)

We reserve the right to modify service limitations and pricing at any time.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of TrueConvert is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your files securely and do not share your content with third parties.

8. File Retention

Converted files remain in your account until you delete them. We reserve the right to delete files after extended periods of inactivity or account closure.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrueConvert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Perfect conversion quality for all files
• Preservation of all metadata in every case

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueConvert and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

11. Payments and Refunds

Premium subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for unused subscription periods.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, where our service is operated.
